Maintenance & Repairs

I didn't buy my bike from RAIDA.

Can I contact RAIDA for repairs or maintenance?

Which can! Please note that, at peak times, we give priority to bicycles purchased from RAIDA. This means you may have to wait a little longer until your repair is completed.

Please note that we cannot work on some bicycles due to inability to obtain specific parts or not having software available to read the (electric) bicycle.

Is a replacement bicycle provided as standard in the event of a repair?

We have a limited number of replacement bicycles available. Would you like a replacement bicycle? Please contact your RAIDA shop before bringing in your bicycle.

Can I also bring in/collect my bicycle after opening hours?

Since our employees also like to go home on time, this is generally not possible.

Is there no other solution? Please contact your RAIDA store, they can possibly put the bicycle outside.

When should I bring my bicycle in for maintenance?

We recommend that you bring your bicycle in at least once a year for general maintenance.

Has something gone wrong with your bike more than a year ago? Then feel free to bring him in earlier.

Payment & Financing

How do I pay for my new bicycle or repair?

You can always pay in our stores with Bancontact, IDEAL, Payconiq, Ecocheques, meal vouchers, consumption vouchers or cash. Too large an amount to pay in the store? You can then transfer this amount via the invoice before you pick up the bicycle.

How much cash can you accept?

We may accept a maximum of 3,000 euros in cash.

Do you accept credit cards?

We do not accept Visa, Mastercard or other credit cards.

Will you take over my old bicycle?

Yes! We work together with Upway for this. This means we can only take over electric bicycles. Calculate your acquisition price immediately on this page .
