Bicycle technician

Are you handy with tools, do you like tinkering with bicycles and do you find it a challenge to help customers get a fantastic bicycle? As a new bicycle technician, you will be responsible for assembling new bicycles and preparing them for use, as well as carrying out regular maintenance and installing accessories. Your role is essential in providing technical knowledge and personal service to ensure every customer finds the best bike and equipment to suit their needs.

The passionate technician where the racing bike, the enduro, your neighbor's hybrid bike or your brother's e-MTB hold no secrets for you? Are you positive, flexible and resourceful? You like a results-oriented atmosphere, in a team you like humor and relaxation?

​

  • You have approximately 2 to 4 years of experience as a technician

  • Or you have a sense of technology or extensive technical knowledge and at least an affinity/passion with the bicycle sector

  • Or you have a sense of technology or extensive technical knowledge and at least an affinity/passion with the bicycle sector

  • You are a team player

  • You think solution-oriented and proactive

  • You are fluent in Dutch (both oral and written) and speak French/English fluently

Your tasks

​

  • Perform major or minor maintenance on various bicycles

  • Preparing new bicycles for delivery

  • Troubleshooting problems with the numerous electric bicycles

  • Keep the workplace tidy and uncluttered

  • Contact with both customers and suppliers
