Shop manager

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time shop manager. As shop manager, you will be responsible for managing your colleagues, optimising customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Your tasks

You develop and implement the shop strategy according to your sales targets
You report and take responsibility for your results
You organise and coordinate daily activities
You will be responsible for the shop's appearance and actively work on brand awareness
You coach your team and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere
You manage all shop administration
You advise your customers promptly and competently
Saturday work is not a problem.

Your profile

You have around 3 to 5 years' experience as a shop manager
You have an extensive knowledge of retail and at least an affinity with the bicycle sector
You are commercially minded and result-oriented with respect for KPIs
You are a networker and enjoy dealing with customers with whom you build loyalty
You work independently but also know how to manage a team as a manager
You are organised with an eye for detail
You have mastered the Dutch perfect (both oral and written) and speaks fluent English or French.
