To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a full-time employee who uses his passion and expertise to guide customers in buying their new bike, accessories, clothing or parts.

Your profile

You have extensive knowledge of the retail sector and a special interest in the bicycle industry.
You have a sense of responsibility and leadership skills.
You can work independently as well as in a team.
You are motivated and flexible, and have a hands-on mentality.
You have a commercial attitude and feeling.
You have experience as an assistant shop manager and affinity with e-commerce.
You have mastered the Dutch perfect (both oral and written) and have knowledge of French or English.
Saturday work is not a problem.

Your tasks

You enjoy dealing with customers, have a feeling for the active lifestyle of the cyclist and provide expert advice.
You will support the shop manager.
Customer service and the appearance of our shops are your priorities.
In the absence of the shop manager, you take over the responsibilities and tasks.
You actively contribute to the turnover of the shops.
You take the initiative and develop the necessary action points that contribute to further growth and image.
