Accounting tasks
- Preparation of monthly financial report
- Entering data from the general accounts and recording the entries
- Commercial transactions, accounting and ERP package
- Accounting plan, the company's stock of articles, customers and suppliers
- Collecting and coding invoices, bank statements and supporting documents
- Entering entries in the cash book
- Getting to know the document process and the communication flow in the company
- Getting to know the software used, particularly for commercial and financial transactions
- use the different diaries in the accounting (Exact online) and ERP (Cycle software) package for both the daily and monthly and annual transactions
Purchases
- checks purchase invoices by comparison with previous documents, quotations, delivery notes
- verifies payment and delivery terms
- ensures correct VAT coding
- assigns an internal booking number
- Can interpret purchase invoices for goods, costs and investments
- uses the correct general ledger accounts
- apply the rules on non-deductible VAT and tax deductibility when booking costs and investments

Selling & Financial operations
- Draws up the invoice in accordance with the legal requirements and prepares credit notes in accordance with the agreements
- Assign the correct general ledger accounts
- Chooses a correct VAT typing so that the ventilation to the VAT return, intrastat and I.C. returns is correct

Training / experience
- Bachelor in Commercial Science, Office Management, Accountancy
- Experience in accounting and preparing VAT returns, quarterly reporting
- Knowledge of the Exact Online package is an asset - digital accounting
